Pricing is calculated based on material cost, weight, and print time
Material Costs
Material | Price/Gram | Print Temp | Best For |
---|---|---|---|
PLA Most common 3D printing material. Biodegradable and easy to print. | $0.15 | 180-220°C | Prototypes, decorative items, low-wear toys |
PETG Durable and chemical resistant. Good layer adhesion. | $0.20 | 230-250°C | Functional parts, water-tight containers |
ABS Strong and heat-resistant. Requires enclosed printer. | $0.18 | 220-250°C | Mechanical parts, automotive components |

- Weight: Determined by your model size and infill settings
- Print Time: Based on complexity, quality settings, and size
- Labor Rate: $5/hour for printer operation and monitoring
- Setup Fee: $10 flat rate for file preparation and printer setup
Additional Considerations
